Airbus will showcase its latest cabin innovations at the 2019 aircraft interiors expo in Hamburg, Germany.The expo is the world's largest exhibition of aircraft cabin interiors, showcasing cabin interiors, inflight entertainment systems, inflight interconnection and passenger services.
Airbus will present its latest A320 "airbus flight space" full-size cabin model at its booth (booth B5 5A20) this year.A model of the A220 with business and economy class seats will also be shown, and how the model will provide passengers with a leading cabin experience in the small single-aisle aircraft category.In addition, airbus will showcase the A350XWB wide-body aircraft's "day and night" premium cabin concept at the booth, as well as a model of the A320 cabin upgrade service.Visitors can also experience the cabins of all airbus models using virtual reality devices.
Airbus is also leading the way in cabin innovation, particularly with our "connected experience" based on the Internet of things, which enables us to create a cabin ecosystem with seamlessly connected cabin devices to provide a personalized ride.In addition, airbus's latest "cabin vision 2030", inspired by airlines, technology companies and start-ups, will reveal the future of the flying experience.At the booth, visitors can also explore seat innovations for passenger comfort and airline differentiation and efficiency.
Airbus was honored with two nominations in the prestigious crystal cabin award: the "lower cabin passenger experience module" developed with safran, and the new "extended seat" concept for the single-aisle wing emergency exit.The winners of the crystal cabin awards will be announced on Tuesday evening, April 2.
